Privacy and personal data protection

Article 1 General information
All of your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) will be handled by us exclusively in accordance with the German Data Protection Act.
The following regulations inform you of the nature, range and purpose of the acquisition, processing and use of your personal data. This privacy statement only applies to our webpages. Should you be forwarded to other sites via links found on our pages, please consult these sites to find out about their utilization of your personal data.
Article 2 Inventory data
  1. Your personal data, insofar as it is required for the initiation, drafting or modification of the contractual relationship (inventory data), will be used exclusively for the implementation of the contract. So for example, in order to have the goods delivered to you we must pass on your name and address to the delivery service.
  2. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties outside the contract without your explicit consent or without legal basis. Once the contract has been completely processed, your data will be blocked for any further use. After German tax and commercial law regulations have expired, your data will be erased, provided you have not explicitly consented to the further use of your data.
Article 3 Web analysis with Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google applies so-called “cookies”, text files which are stored on your computer and enable the analysis of your use of the website. The information collected by the cookies regarding your use of this website is as a rule transferred to a Google server located in the USA and stored there. However, should you activate an IP address anonymization on this website, Google will shorten your IP address within member states of the European Union and other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA). Only in exceptional cases will your full IP address be transferred to a Google server located in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the website operator to assess your use of the website, compile reports on your website activity and provide the website operator with further services related to your use of this website and use of the internet.
The IP address transmitted from your browser in connection with Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent the use and storage of cookies by activating the appropriate settings on your browser software; we must however point out that by activating these settings and preventing the use of cookies, you may be unable to fully use all of the functions on this website.

You can further prevent your data being gathered by cookies and prohibit data regarding your use of the website (including your IP address) being transferred to Google as well as the utilization of your data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available via the following link:

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “anonymizeIP()“ which means only your shortened IP address will be processed so as to eliminate any traceability to a particular individual.
Article 4 Information on cookies
  1. We use Cookies in order to optimize our internet presence. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer’s hard drive. These cookies are deleted as soon as you close the browser. Other cookies remain on your hard drive (long-term cookies) and recognize your computer upon your next visit. As a result of this we can give you improved access to our website.
  2. You can prevent cookies being stored on your hard drive by activating the option “block cookies” on your browser settings. However, this can limit the functions and offers available to you on our website.
Article 5 Facebook Social Plugins
We use Social Plugins by facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. These plugins can be recognized by the Facebook logo or the add-on “Facebook Social Plugin”. When you access a page containing such a plugin, your browser will establish a connection to the Facebook servers. Data (e.g. your IP address, the pages you have accessed) will be transmitted to these servers and stored there, regardless of whether you own a Facebook account or are logged on to Facebook at the time. Should you for example click on the “Like” button or leave a comment, the information in question will be directly transferred from your browser to Facebook and stored there. Furthermore, Facebook will make your “Likes” public to your Facebook friends. If you are logged on to Facebook, Facebook can directly link your visit to our website to your Facebook account. Facebook can use this information for purposes of advertising or market-research as well as the adequate development and design of Facebook pages. In addition, Facebook will create usage, interest and relationship profiles, so as to for example evaluate your use of our website with regard to advertisement placements on Facebook pages.
For details concerning Facebook’s use of your personal data and your rights regarding this please consult Facebook’s privacy protection notice. If you do not wish Facebook to link the data collected about you on our webpages to your Facebook account, please log off Facebook before visiting our webpages.

In accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act you are entitled to the free disclosure of your stored data and, if necessary, are also entitled to have this data corrected, blocked or deleted. Questions can be forwarded to us via the following e-mail address: Lucky@Luckys-Pullover.de
